脱铝超稳Y催化环己酮缩合反应的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了脱铝超稳Y分子筛DUSY催化剂在环己酮缩合反应中的应用 ,得到了催化剂的硅铝比 (SiO2 Al2 O3)、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、带水剂等对反应的影响规律 :催化活性随硅铝比升高而增加 ,产物中环己烯基环己酮可达 60 % ,当硅铝比太大时 ,反应活性反而降低 ;升高反应温度可提高产品产率 ,固体酸DUSY类催化剂具有反应时间短、产物单程产率高 ,反应后处理容易 ,无环境污染等优点 。 Cyclohexanone aldol condensation over a series of DUSY catalysts which was dealuminated by dilute hydrogen chloride acid in liquid was studied.Effects of ratio of silica/aluminium in the catalysts,quantity of catalyst,reation time,reation temperature,dewater reagent on the reaction were discussed.The results showed that the catalytic activity was increasd with the increase of the ratio of silica/alumina.The reactivity of ocyclohexenylcyclohexanone could reach up to 60%.But the reactive activity was decreased,if ratio of silica/alumina was too high.The high reaction temperature was favorable to increasing the productive.Solid acid DUSY catalysts had a lot of merits,such as short reaction time,easy final treatment,high oneway productivity,no pollution.Solid acids as environmentally friendly catalysts were favor of environmental protection.
