Fe_2O_3/SO_4^(2-)固体超强酸催化剂制备工艺的改进

An Improved Preparation Process of Solid Superacid Fe_2O_3/SO_4^(2-)

改进了常用的制备 Fe2 O3 / SO4 2 - 固体超强酸催化剂的方法。并以乙酸 /正丁醇的酯化反应对催化剂的活性进行了测试 ,得到了制备工艺条件对催化剂活性的影响规律。同时证实了使用改进的制备工艺过程 ,所得到的催化剂稳定性好 ,寿命长 ,酯收率能达到83 .85%以上 。

Solid superacid Fe 2O 3/SO 4 2- has been prepared by different preparation processes.The esterification of acetic acid with n -butanol was used for measuring the activation of catalysts.Effects of factors on the catalytic activation in the improved preparation processes has been founded. Results showed that the catalyst obtained by the new preparation method improves in stability life span and anti-poison capacity greatly,and the yield of the product is over 83.85%.
