摘要
考察了氧化铝担载的铂金属原子簇化合物 Pt3 ( μ2 -CO) 3 ( PPh3 ) 4 和 [Pt3 ( CO) 6 ]5[N( C2 H5) 4 ]2 (分别标记为 Pt3 和 Pt15)催化正庚烷转化反应的性能 ,并与常规铂催化剂 (标记 Pt1)在相似条件下的催化行为进行比较。正庚烷转化反应在内循环无梯度反应器内进行 ,转速 1 1 0 0 r· min- 1,催化剂装量 3 m L ,反应产物的出口与气相色谱仪相连 ,由计算机控制进行全程分析。反应条件为 50 0℃ ,1 .2 MPa,V( H2 )∶V( n-C7) =1 0 0 0∶ 1 ,空速为 3 .0 h- 1,测定催化剂的性能。再将压力由 1 .2 MPa降至 0 .4MPa,V( H2 )∶ V( n-C7) =70 0∶ 1 ,空速为 3 .0 h- 1初步考察催化剂的稳定性。测定数据表明 ,Pt3 和 Pt15的反应活性、异构化选择性和稳定性均高于常规铂催化剂 Pt1,Pt3 的活性和异构化选择性优于 Pt15。
The catalytic performance of alumina supported platinum metal cluster catalysts {Pt 3( μ 2-CO) 3(pph 3) 4/Al 2O 3&[Pt 3(CO) 6] 5[N(C 2H 5) 4] 2/Al 2O 3} for the catalytic reforming of hydrocarbons was studied under the conditions of reaction temperature and pressure(500℃ and 1.2 MPa) that approximated to the conventional platinum reforming process.The activity,aromatization selectivity and stability of the platinum metal cluster catalyst were found to be significantly improved in comparison with the conventional catalyst.The smaller platinium aggregate (Pt 3) was superior to the larger aggregates (Pt 15 ) for the catalytic conversion of n -heptane
