摘要 为提高机械采油节能降耗的管理水平 ,根据理论分析和现场实测确定出一套机械采油井能耗计算公式 .利用喇嘛甸油田生产日报中的油井相关参数 ,应用该套公式即可计算出机械采油井的能耗 .经现场测试并计算 ,2 5口抽油机井耗电实测值与计算值的相对偏差为 0 .5 1% ,2 0口潜油电泵井输入功率的实测值与计算值的相对偏差为 0 .61% .结果表明 ,该套公式计算精度较高 。 In order to improve the management of energy\|consumption, a set of energy\|consumption formulas is derived through theoretical analysis and site\|test. With the formulas used, the artificial\|lift energy\|consumption is calculated according to the relative parameters from the daily production of Lamalian oilfield. Onsite test showed the relative error between the measured energy consumption value and the calculated value was 0.51% in 25 pumping wells, and the relative error between the measured put\|in power and the calculated value was 0.61% in 20 submersible pump wells, which shows that the precision of the calculating formulas is high and that the calculating method can meet the demand of scientific administration of the energy\|consumption of artificial\|lift system.
