摘要
以同一品种矿渣制成不同颗粒尺寸分布的矿渣微粉样品,用Blaine透气仪测各试样的比表面积,用激光粒度仪测其颗粒群分布。以50%比例将矿渣微粉掺入水泥中,测水泥浆体的屈服值和粘度,并以灰色关联分析原理和方法研究了矿渣微粉的颗粒尺寸分布与水泥浆体流变性能的相关性。结果表明:矿渣微粉中1.05-5.11μm颗粒的含量与其屈服值和粘度的关联度最大,即它是关键子因子;0-9.82μm颗粒含量与屈服值和粘度的关联极性均为正,说明这些颗粒均对屈服值和粘度的上升有积极贡献;而9.82-101 μm颗粒含量与屈服值和粘度的关联极性均为负,说明这些颗粒均对屈服值和粘度的上升有削弱作用。
The relationship between the particle size distribution of slag powders and rheological properties of the slag cement pastes was studied. Slag powders with different particle size distributions were tested with Blaine permeability apparatus and by using laser particle analysis. The yield value and viscosity of cement pastes with 50% cement +50% slag were examined. The results indicate that the volume fraction of slag particles ranging from 1.05-5. 11 μm has the maximum effect on the rheological properties. The volume fraction of particles < 9.82 /μm has positive polarity of the grey connection and the volume fraction of particles ranging from 9. 82-101μm has negative grey polarity.
