组成对三方/四方相共存铌锑锆钛酸铅压电陶瓷结构和机电性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了Zr/Ti和 (Sb1/2 Nb1/2 )量对三方相、四方相共存 (相界附近 )铌锑锆钛酸铅 (PNSZT)压电陶瓷机电性能 (εT33/ε0 、KP、Qm、TKfr)的影响。认为Zr/Ti和 (Sb1/2 Nb1/2 )量对PNSZT机电性能影响很大 ,调整Zr/Ti、(Sb1/2 Nb1/2 )量是改变机电性能的有效方法 ,它们的正确选择是得到所需综合性能压电陶瓷的关键之一。 The effect of Zr/Ti and (Sb\- 1/2 Nb 1/2 ) amount upon the electric mechanical properties (K\-p\,ε\+T\- 33 /ε\-o\,Qm\,TKf\-r) of Lead Niobium stibium Zirconate titanate (PNSZT) piezoelectric ceramics,in which there are tetragonal and rhombohedral phase,has been studied,it has been thought that the effect of Zr/Ti and (Sb\- 1/2 Nb 1/2 ) amout upon the electric mechanical properties of the tetragonal and rhombohedral phase coexistent PNSZT is very high,adjusting Zr/Ti and (Sb\- 1/2 Nb 1/2 ) amount is effective method for altering electric machine properties,their corrective election is one of key to obtain required comprehensive properties of piezoelectric ceramics,It has been explored that the effect of Zr/Ti on the lattice constant and phase composition of PNSZT piezoelectric ceramics,the characteristic of dielectric constant change of PNSZT between before polarization and after polarizatio.Analyzing and discussing the affecting mechanism about composition on the electric machine properties of phase coexistent PNSZT.
