摘要
为石化行业设计了液化气在线脱胺用液液分离旋流器 ,进行了一系列实验室试验及现场侧线试验 ,胺液脱除率达到 94%以上 ,且连续操作不堵塞、压降小 ( 0 .1MPa左右 )、能耗低、占地面积小 。
A hydrocyclone on-line for the Separation of amine from LPG has been designed for the experiments in both laboratory and factory.The rate of removal of amine from LPG comes to over 94% at the pressure drop of about 0.1?MPa.The hydrocyclone can be operated continuously with low pressure drop without blockage.Therefore,the hydrocyclone could be used in amine-removing from LPG efficiently.
