催化裂化装置吸收稳定系统的技术改造与操作优化

摘要 对中原油田分公司石油化工总厂Ⅱ套同轴式催化裂化装置进行了多次技术改造,通过改造吸收-稳定系统四塔内部构件,采取提高吸收塔压力、提高解吸塔热进料温度、控制稳定塔合适的回流比等措施,使干气中C_3^+含量降到3%(体积)以下,液化气、稳定汽油产品合格率达100%。 Technical revamping of the absorbing - stabilizing system of No. 2 FCCU in the Zhongyuan petrochemical works was carried for several times. Through revamping of the inner components in absorbing - stablizing system , by taking measures such as raising the pressure of absorber, controlling the proper temperature , the volume percentage of propylene in dry gas was decreased to less than 3%, LPG, gasoline passed quality had increased to 100%.
