目的 探讨p5 3、C erbB 2在人乳腺癌组织中的表达及预后评价中的作用。方法 免疫组化检测 5 9例人乳腺癌石蜡切片 p5 3、C erbB 2的表达 ,并与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移和肿瘤复发率对比分析。结果 p5 3阳性表达与腋淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小(P <0 .0 5 )和肿瘤复发呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ;C erbB 2阳性表达与腋淋巴结转移 (P <0 .0 1)和肿瘤复发呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;两者同时阳性表达亦与肿瘤复发呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 p5 3、C erbB 2表达与人乳腺癌预后有一定相关性 。

Objective To study the expression of p53 and C erbB 2 and its prognostic value in breast cancer. Methods To assess p53 and C erbB 2 through immunohistochemical method in 59 breast cancer paraffin section and to makecontrast analysis with tumor size, lymphatic metastasis and recurrence rate.Results p53 expression was significantly correlated with axillary node status, tumor size( P <0.05) and recurrence rate( P <0.01). C erbB 2 expression was significantly correlated with axillary node status( P <0.01) and recurrence rate( P <0.05). Coexpression of p53 and C erbB 2 was also significantly correlated with recurrence rate ( P <0.01). Conclusions There are relationships between p53 expression or C erbB 2 expression and prognosis in breast cancer. The patient who had coexpression of p53 and C erbB 2 may have a worse result.
