QT的频率依赖性对心肌梗死后室性心动过速的预测价值

Frequency-dependent QT for prediction of ventricular tachyarrhthma after mycardial infarction

目的 探讨QT的频率依赖性对心肌梗死 (MI)后室性心动过速 (VT)发生率的相关性。方法 对 5 2例有Q型AMI后 3个月患者进行动态心电图检查 ,分别测定清醒阶段、睡眠阶段、苏醒阶段在不同RR间期 (6 0 0ms、80 0ms、10 0 0ms)时的QT间期 ,同时计算QT的频率依赖性。其中VT组 2 7例 ,非VT组 2 5例。结果 VT组患者的QT间期的频率依赖性明显高于非VT组患者 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,尤以苏醒阶段最显著。

Objective To investigate the relation between frequency denpendent QT and ventricular tachyarrhthmias(VT) after myocardial infarction.Methods Fifty two patients with Q wave myocardial infarction,27 patients with VT and 25 patients without VT,were measured of QT interval and their precceding RR intervals on electrocardiogram strips from 24 hours holter tapes and were calculated of frequency denpendent QT respectively.Results QT rate frequency dependent QT showed significant differences between VT group and without VT group during awakeness,sleep,and awakening period.The difference was most significant during the awakening period.Conclusion Frequency dependent QT is one of sensitive indexes for prodicting the risk of VT after myocardial infarction.
