摘要
在地质钻机中有关摆管装置的技术革新都采用平面机构进行运动综合,这些装置存在的缺点使其推广与应用受到了限制。本文将论述:若用空间开链机构进行位置综合及按电液伺服系统进行控制,将使摆管装置具有结构紧凑、动作灵活、运动精度高等优点,且易于用微机进行自动控制,符合于钻进过程自动化的发展方向。
For many years planar linkage for kinematic synthesis has been need in technical innovation of drill stand arranger devices for geological exploration. However, this mechanism's shortcomings restrict its wide application. This paper discusses the application of spatial linkage for kinematic synthesis and electro-hydraulic servo system, which makes the mechanism compact in structure, flexible in motion and accurate in kinematics. The mechanism can also be automatically controlled by microcomputer. This is a further step toward automation of drilling.
