摘要 介绍了 VCSEL结构和技术特点 ,它以很高的性能价格比成功地应用于单通道和并行光互联 ,并将在宽带以太网、高速数据通信网中得到广泛的应用 .以 VCSEL为基础器件的高速大容量、高并行处理功能的光互连。 The fabric and features of a novel type of optical active component VCSEL is introduced. due to its high performance price ratio, it was applied in single channel and parallel optical interconnection system successfully. It will also used in high speed Ethernet and broadband data communication widely. The VCSEL based optical interconnection and optical switching system with high capacity and parallel processing functions have wonderful applicatrion prospects.
