摘要
为了延长 KKA- 1 2 5型半自动仿形立式精密车床的寿命 ,采用光电跟踪技术尝试着对其进行修复改造。结果表明 :该车床在试运行过程中能实现自动仿形切削 ,切削精度完全合格 ,这表明光电跟踪控制技术在精密车床上的应用是成功的。
In order to protract service life of KKA-125 model semiautomatic profile modeling standing fine lathe, the lathe is attempted to be restored and reconstructed based on the photo-electric tracking control technology. The result reveals that automatic profile modeling cutting could come true and cutting precisions of the manufactures be eligible entirely during its trial running, which indicates that application of photo-electric tracking control technology in fine lathe is successful.
