摘要
提出了一种连续可调、大衰减系数的激光能量衰减器。采用多层高反介质膜 ,角度调节 ,串接级联 ,对于偏振输出的调 Q激光脉冲可实现大范围内的能量连续可调衰减。本方法不改变激光器的工作参数 ,可直接获得从μJ~ 10 2 m J的任意输出能量。在单脉冲能量 10 0 .0 0 m J的激光器上实现了 0 .0 5~ 10 0 .0 0m J范围内能量的任意调节 ,最大衰减比达到 10
We propose a continuously adjustable,large attenuation factor laser energy attenuator.Using multi layer periodically hi reflection optical film coating,incidence angle adjustment,serial cascade,polarized Q switched laser pulse energy can be effectively continually adjusted n a very wide range.This method has ability to obtain arbitrary energy at the scale from microwatts to milliwatts without changing laser operation parameters.With a 100.00 mJ pulse energy laser,we achieve 0.05~100.00 mJ continually adjustment,maximum amount of attenuation factor 10 5 is obtained.
