摘要
介绍一种掺 Er3+玻璃样品的制作方法。测量掺 Er3+玻璃样品的透射光和反射光的荧光谱特性、样品在双向泵浦时的荧光谱特性及吸收谱特性。实验结果表明 ,透射光的荧光谱强度大于反射光的荧光谱强度 ;当反射光实验中掺 Er3+玻璃样品的背面贴有镀 Al反射镜时 ,反射光荧光谱强度则大于透射光荧光谱强度 ;双向泵浦的荧光谱证明 。
A fabrication technology of Er3+-doped glass samples was introduced. Photoluminescence (PL) characterization of Er3+-doped glass samples using the transmission method, the reflection method, two-directional pump and the absorption spectrum of the sample were measured. The results show that PL intensity of the transmission spectrum is higher than that of the reflection spectrum. However, PL intensity of the reflection spectrum is higher than that of the transmission spectrum when the sample is added a reflector. In the experiment of two-directional pump, PL intensity is related to the wavelength of laser.
