摘要
通过分析粒子群的 Fraunhofer衍射环的能量分布情况 ,从中值定理出发 ,建立了以有限种等效单径粒子群组合来确定实际粒子群粒径分布的数学模型。大量的模拟实验结果表明 ,基于此模型的反演算法不需任何先验信息 ,峰值粒径定位精度较高 ,不确定度在 1μm之内 ,对单峰。
Based on the median theorem and the diffraction principle,a novel mathematical model for particle group size distribution was presented in which the actual size distribution of particle group can be expressed equivalently with finite kinds of single size particle group.The simulative results show that a high precision can be obtained using this inverse arithmetic for single peak or double peaks particle groups and the precision of the size of peak particle is 1 μm.
