摘要
给出一种液压转塔车床数控系统的改造设计方案 .使用 MCS- 5 1单片机作为数控系统的中央处理器 ,采用先进的 LCD液晶显示器作为数控系统的显示屏 .该数控系统使用 G代码方式编程 ,用汉字显示系统的各种状态信息 .对接口电路采取了多种抗干扰措施 ,提高了数控系统的可靠性 .投入生产运行一年来 。
A new scheme of NC system for hydraulic turret lathe is given in this paper. MCS-51 is used as CPU of NC system, and LCD as display device. The programs are made by code G, and the information of working process is given in Chinese characters. Many kinds of anti-interference methods are adopted to improve the reliability of NC system. The NC system has been running steadily for more than one year.
