摘要
在分析了组织内知识转移的过程和Multi Agent技术的特征的基础上,提出了一种基于Multi Agent的组织内知识转移模型框架,并且还给出了该模型中实现知识转移的关键技术和搜索算法及其时间复杂度分析·依据提出的模型框架,可以容易的实现个体知识和组织知识的相互转移,有利于提高知识管理的有效性·
On the basis of analyzing the knowledge transfer processes and characters of multiagent technology, a framework model for the knowledge transfer in organization based on multiagent technology was developed. Knowledge transfer, the search algorithm and the analysis for temporal complex degree were investigated by the framework modelling. By the model framework, organization members can rapidly transfer their knowledge each other and it can improve the validity of knowledge management.
