摘要
介绍了板栗生产的概况、板栗营养价值和药用价值以及板栗加工的现状 ,讨论了板栗食品加工中的若干问题。
The general situation of the chestnut production and the present condition of chestnut procession were introduced in this paper. The nutritional value and medical value of chestnut were decided and several problems in the chestnut procession were also discussed in this paper.
