摘要
选用产自西藏日喀则地区多个品种的荞麦为样品 ,对其基本成分进行了测定 .结果表明 :荞麦含有丰富的营养成分且具有一些独特功能 ,是一种有着重要开发价值的营养、保健和大众化食品 .
The main chemical compositions of varieties of buckwheats in Xigaze of Tibet Autonomous Region were analyzed.The result shows the buckwheat has rich nutritional value and some special functions,so it a kind of food with good value of nutrition,health,popularization,which is worthy of development.
