摘要 寡果糖是一种新型饲料添加剂 ,可以促进肠道内双歧杆菌及乳酸杆菌等有益微生物的增殖 ,同时抑制沙门氏菌与大肠杆菌等病原菌的增殖 ,从而改善肠道微生态 ;它还可以影响粪臭素、脂质和蛋白质代谢 ;同时 ,它也可以促进日粮中矿物元素的吸收 ;另外 ,它还可以为肠粘膜细胞提供能源 ,增进肠粘膜细胞的增殖 ,促进肠道发育 . The fructooligosaccharide(FOS),as a new type of feed additive,promoting the proliferation of favorable microbial such as Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus while inhibiting the colonization of pathogens such as Salmonella and E.coli, improves the intestinal micro-ecology.FOS also can affect skatole,lipid and protein metabolism. In addition,FOS enhances the mineral absorption,acts as specific energy source of mucous cell in the intestine,promotes the intestinal development.
