摘要
利用废旧纤维和传统的纺织设备、热压设备 ,研究了热塑性聚酯纤维、棉纤维 /聚丙烯纤维复合板材的生产工艺以及工艺参数和纤维复合板材性能之间的关系 ,具体探讨了成型温度、时间、压力等工艺参数对复合板材的力学性能的影响 .得出试片在 10MPa的成型压力下的最佳成型条件为 :聚丙烯纤维含量为 40 % ,成型温度 2 0 0℃ ,成型时间 4min ,此时所制备的复合材料弯曲性能最佳 .还采用对针刺复合毡溶液浸渍阻燃的方法 ,对此种纤维复合材料的阻燃性触进行了研究 ,确定了聚磷酸铵、十溴二苯醚两种类型的阻燃剂匹配使用的阻燃工艺 ,取得了较好的实验效果 ,即在阻燃剂的含量为 2 5 %时 ,纤维复合板材的限氧指数(LOI)能达到 30 .2 .
The paper studies the formation of thermoplastic fiber compound plates and the relation between their properties and processing parameters, and the non-flame property of the plates by using the waste fiber(cotton?polyester and polypropylene fiber), the traditional textile machines and the hot processing equipment. Also, the shaping temperature, time, pressure and other technological parameters have effects on the mechanics property of the fiber compound plates. The results show that with 10 MPa shaping pressure the best shaping condition is 40% content of the polypropylene, 200 ℃ shaping temperature and 4 minute shaping time. Meanwhile, the non-flame property of the fiber compound plates is studied through the method of the needle felt flame retardant agent solute impregnation process. The combining use of ammonuim polyphosphate and decarbomodiphenyl oxide has a good effect. When the content of flame retardant agent is 25%, the fiber compound plates′ LOI is 30.2.
