摘要
以AlCl3 和NH3 ·H2 O为原料 ,采用沉淀法制备Al2 O3 纳米粉体 ,利用XRD、TEM、DTA等分析测试手段对所得A12 O3 粉体的晶相组成、粒径分布等性质进行了研究 ,发现间歇式微波处理 10min后在 5 5 0℃加热 30min研磨可得到平均粒径小于 35nm的A12 O3
Alumina nano-powder were prepared by treatment of a mixed solution of AlC1 3· 6H 2O and NH 3·H 2O. The crystal phase,grain size and morphology of the prepared powder were studied by XRD, TEM, and DTA techniques. The prepared Al 2O 3powder is γ-A1 2O 3and littler than 35 nm in diameter under the conditions of the AlC1 3 solution=0.3 molL,pH=7, dried by microwave for 10 min and sintered at 550 ℃ for 30 min.
