摘要
效率工资理论注重工资的激励作用。它认为工资的高低会影响工人的努力程度、劳动队伍的质量以及劳动流功率 ,从而影响劳动生产率。这一理论对我国加入WTO后 ,我国企业特别是国有企业的工资制度改革及激励机制的建设具有重要的借鉴意义。
The efficient wage theory pays attention to the wage incentive effect.The height of wage will affect level of effort,labor's quality and labor turnover rate.It affects labor productivity.The theory will be of significance to the reform of wage system and building of the incentive mechanism of our country's enterprises especially national enterprises after joining WTO.
