摘要
目前配股融资已成为我国上市公司首选的融资渠道 ,本文就我国上市公司的配股融资现状进行了总结 ,并对配股融资 (含外发股票 )对上市公司财务状况的影响进行了分析。提出了可持续增长的融资策略 ,并对可持续增长率的应用做了进一步阐述。
