摘要
研究了以秸秆粉和轻质碳酸钙为主体、PVA和淀粉为胶结剂的可降解模塑粉体系的构成、制备方法及模压成型工艺 .结果表明 ,利用该可降解模塑粉 ,采用压缩模塑工艺 ,可制成新型可生物降解的餐饮具、禽蛋包装托盘等 .产品的生产过程无污染 ,废弃后可作为饲料或肥料参与环境循环 ,符合环保要求 .
The biodegradable moulding powder that is made of plant-stalk powder,starch,light calcium carbonate,etc.is researched on.Its formulation,process and moulding condition are studied.The result shows that the biodegradable moulding powder can be used to produce compression moulding products such as tableware for fast food and tray for packaging eggs.These products cannot pollute environment when they are produced,used and abandoned.
