低毒脲醛树脂胶粘剂的研制

Development of urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive with low toxicity

采用正交试验 ,通过考察合成脲醛树脂的影响因素 ,得到合成低游离甲醛含量脲醛树脂胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件为 :尿素与甲醛的摩尔比 1∶1.4 ,苯酚加入量 6 %,反应温度 85℃ ,反应时间135min .其产品游离甲醛含量 <0 .5 %,剪切强度 >10MPa .

The effect factors for the synthesis of urea-formaldehyde resin were studied by the orthogonal test,the optimal synthestic condition for urea-formaldehyde resin with low content of free-formaldehyde was obtained.They are as follows:molar ratio of urea and formaldehyde 1∶1.4,phenol 6%,reaction temperature 85 ℃,reaction time 135 min,the product's shearing strength was more than 10 MPa and the content of free-formaldehyde in the product was less than 0.5%.
