摘要
介绍了基于C + +Builder的轴承试验器测控系统的设计 .该设计由工业控制机、变频器、测试单元等组成闭环控制系统 ,采用Fuzzy—PID控制算法、数字滤波等技术 ,并通过模块化软件设计实现对转速、载荷的控制 .实际运行表明 ,该系统具有控制精度高、运行稳定可靠等特点 .
The measurement and control system of bearing testing machine based on C++ Builder is introduced.The system is made up of industrial control computer,inverter and measuring unit.Using Fuzzy-PID arithmetic and digital filtering,through module software,the rotate speed and press can be controlled.It is proved by the practical result that it has merits of high control precision and reliability.
