丙泊酚与咪唑安定对凝血功能影响的比较

目的 比较丙泊酚和咪唑安定对围术期病人凝血功能的影响。方法 ASAⅡ～Ⅲ级择期全麻下行上腹部或胸壁手术的病人 6 0例 ,分为丙泊酚组和咪唑安定组。麻醉前 30分钟、术后 1小时采血测定凝血功能指标 :KPTT、PT、TT、AT Ⅲ及血小板参数 (PLT、MPV和PDW )。结果 丙泊酚给药前后凝血功能未见统计学差异 ,MPV、PDW在给药后 1小时出现明显增加 ;咪唑安定给药前后凝血功能及血小板参数均无统计学差异。结论 丙泊酚对血小板聚集有抑制作用 ,但不抑制凝血功能 ;

Objective To compare the effect of propofol with midazolam on blood coagulation functions.Method KPTT,PT,TT and AT Ⅲ and platelet function index (PLT?MPV?PDW)were measured in 30 patients of two groups (propofol group and midazolam group)during intravenous anesthesia.Results Blood coagulation function before and after administration was not significantly different between the two groups.But MPV and PDW were all significantly increased after administration of propofol.Conclusion Propofol inhibits platelet function even though does not affect blood coagulation and midazolam has no effect on both platelet function and blood coagulation.
