目的 观察阿曲库铵对心内传导系统的影响。方法 选择家兔 10只 ,阿曲库铵0 2 0mg/kg静脉推注 ,约 30秒推完。测定用药前、后心率 (HR)、窦房结传导时间 (SACT)、最大窦房结恢复时间 (SNRTMAX)、矫正窦房结恢复时间 (CSNRT)、窦房结恢复时间指数 (SNRTI)、文氏A V传导频率 (WB)、P R间期和QRS波。结果 用药前后上述测定结果均无显著性差异。结论 阿曲库铵 0 2

Objective To observe the effect of atracurium on heart conduction system.Methods Ten rabbits were infused intravenously with atracurium 2 0mg/kg in 30 seconds.Before and after the infusion of atracurim,heart rate(HR),sinoatrial conduction time(SACT),maximum sinoatrial node recovery time(SNRT MAX ),correction sinoatrial node recovery time(CSNRT),index of sinoatrial node recovery time(SNRTI),atrial venlricular Wemckebach block(WB),P R interval and QRS were monitored.Results The difference of all parameters recorded between before and after atracurium infusion was not significant.Conclusion The infusion of atracurium 2 0mg/kg has no effect on rabbits heart conduction system.
