浅谈水蛭在中风后遗症中的应用

Application of Hirudo Capsules to Sequelae of Apoplexy

目的 :探讨了自制水蛭胶囊在中风后遗症中的治疗效果。方法 :对 42例中风后遗症患者进行辨证分型 ,分别采用以水蛭胶囊为主的中西药制剂进行治疗。结果 :42例患者经治疗 1个～ 4个疗程后 ,34例患者症状有明显改善 ,总有效率达 80 9%。结论 :以水蛭胶囊为主 ,辅以中西药结合的方法治疗中风后遗症 ,可明显改善患者的临床症状 ,疗效确切 ,有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of self-developed hirudo capsules in the treatment of sequelae of apoplexy.Methods Differentiation and typing were made of the 42 patients with sequlae of apoplexy. They were treated with the capsules and adjuvant traditional Chinese and western medicines.Results After 1～4 courses, the significant improvement showed in 34, the total effective rate accounted for 80.9%.Conclusion The therapy may improve the signs and its effectiveness is established.It deserves to be widely used in clinic.
