Diagnoisis and Care of 40 Cases of Hemorrhoid

目的 :总结了痔患者的辨证施护体会 ,为临床护理工作提供参考。方法 :回顾分析了自 2 0 0 1年以来收治的 40例痔患者的临床资料、护理诊断及相应措施。结果 :本组 40例患者 ,痊愈者 2 8例 ,好转者 10例 ,病情稳定出院者 2例。结论 :树立以病人为中心的整体观 ,实施相应的辨证护理 ,贯彻以预防为主的方针 ,可提高痔的治愈率。

Objective To summarize the experience in the diagnosis and care of hemorrhoid to provide clinical references.Methods Review and analysis were made of the data of 40 patients with hemorrhoid admitted into our hospital since 2001. Results Of 40 cases,28 were cured,10 were improved, 2 with stable condition discharged.Conclusion Patient-centered holistic nursing should be developed and proper diagnosis and care carried out. Prevention may help to improve the cure rate of the disease.
