离断性肾盂成形术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻

Dismembered pyeloplasty(Anderson-Hynes) for the treatment of obstruction of ureteropelviv junction

目的 :探讨肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻 (UPJO)的手术治疗方法。方法 :采用离断性肾盂成形 (Anderson Hynes)术加肾、输尿管造瘘及内支架引流术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻 2 4例。结果 :一次手术成功 2 3例 ,二次手术成功 1例。近期并发症 1例。2 4例经 6个月～ 2年随访 ,远期疗效好。结论 :先天性肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻 ,手术方法以Anderson Hynes术为首选 ;双J管能起到引流通畅及内支架作用 ;儿童患者仍需采用肾。

Objective: To evaluate the surgical management of ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO).Method:24 cases of UPJO were treated by dismembered pyeloplasty (Anderson Hynes) procedure,nephrostomy or ureterostomy along with a double J multihole stent placement were also established.Results:23 cases of patients obtained satisfactory outcomes after the operation,1 case did after reoperation.Only 1 case had complication in the near future,all patients have been followed up for 8 mouths to 2 years with satisfactory long term results.Conclusion:Dismembered pyeloplasty (Anderson Hynes) procedure is the treatment of choice for congenital UPJO,a double J stent can serve as internal stent and drainage,nevertheless nephrostomy or ureterostomy is necessary for children.
