TBARS比色测定血浆低密度脂蛋白的研究

Study on the determination of plasma low density lipoprotein by TBARS colorimetry

目的 :建立和改良血浆低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)直接测定法。方法 :TBARS比色法。结果 :该方法线性范围 0～ 10mmol/L ,与酶法相关 r=0 .985 3 ,批内CV =1.5 1% ,批内CV =2 .84% ,平均回收率 10 0 .4%。结论 :该法结果准确可靠 ,灵敏度高 ,测定范围大 ,适于临床应用。LDL C正常参考值 18～ 42岁为 2 .5 3± 0 .82mmol/L ;43～ 63岁为 3 .0 1± 1.2mmol/L。

Objective :To study the method of determination of plasma low density lipoprotein (LDL) .Methods :TBARS colorimetry was used .Results :The linearity range of method is 0 ～ 10mmol/L ,comparing with the enzyme technique ,the correlation coefficient was 0.9853 (r=0.9853) ,the interbundle CV was 1.51% ,the infra bundle CV was 2.84%,the average recoverable rate of this method was 100.4%.Conclusions:This method is accurate,reliable and high sensitivity.Determination range of LDL C in the medical reference standard is:2.53±0.82mmol/L(18～24 years old),3.01±1.2mmol/L(25～61 years old).
