摘要
对采自华南师范大学生物园的野葛葛根的化学成分进行研究.提取葛根中的异黄酮,应用柱层析法进行分离,通过波谱分析进行结核鉴定.从中分离出5个结晶性化合物.通过红外光谱、核磁共振等方法分别鉴定出化合物(1)为葛根素、化合物(2)为大豆苷.葛根中的异黄酮组分在紫外光谱和荧光光谱中有吸收.
The chemical constituents of Puerariae Radix, the root of Pueraria. lobata(Willd.) Ohwi collected from biogarden in South China Normal University, are studied. Extracting the isoflavonoids from Puerariae Radix and isolating the chemical constituents by using column chromatography, the chemical structures on the basis of spectral analysis were determined. Five crystal compounds were isolated from Puerariae Radix. On the basis of IR, 1H - NMR spectral analysis, the chemical structures of compounds(1)and(2) were deduced as Puerarin and Daidzen respectively. The isoflavonoids from the Puerariae Radix have the absorptions in ultraviolet and fluorimetric spectra.
