摘要
从化学科学工作者的角度分析了当前学术期刊网络出版的现状和优点,着重讨论了学术论文全文上网的技术途径及特点,并尝试提出一套较为可行的学术期刊在线出版系统的结构体系.
Academic journals have been popularly published on Internet. In this article, the typical Internet - based publishing technologies and their feasibilities are analyzed, and a new structure and working flow of online publishing system are proposed.
