The spatial evolution characteristics of the distribution of the alga, creature dwelling in the bottom and the microbes in the surface water were derived based on the continuously monitoring on the 25 sections between 1996 and 2000 in the mid and lower reaches of the Liaohe River Basin and the usage of the Distribution Center Model. The bio-pollution of the surface water in the mid and lower reaches of the Liaohe River Basin especially in the Hunhe River is serious. The migrations of distribution centers of the alga and the bacterium have the trend to the Northeast, that of the large intestine bacillus to the Southwest and that of the creatures dwelling in the bottom to the Northwest, at the same time, the total average distribution center migrates to the Northwest. Take 1999 as the example, base on the analysis with the eco-hydrological indexes namely woodland, plowland, fertilizer, sunlight, air temperature, precipitation and runoff, the result which the spatial distributions of the alga, the creatures dwelling in the bottom and the microbes are response to the eco-hydrological patterns intensively was also derived.
