摘要
从施工企业角度 ,探讨施工企业对工程造价的有效控制 ,认为主要应从工程投标决策入手 ,勘察现场 ,熟悉设计图纸 ,及时掌握市场价格行情 ,制定施工方案 ,加强施工合同及施工现场管理 ,并做好竣工结算 ,以提高施工企业工程造价管理的水平 ,使企业获得较好的经济和社会效益。
