摘要
分析造价咨询业现状及其原因 ,认为造价咨询业必须进行市场定位 ,加强自身建设 ,拓宽业务范围 ,构建智力型人才体系及严格行业管理 。
The author considers that cost consultancy industry must be market location,strengthen its own construction,widen the scope of business,set up intellectual talents system and restrict industry management so as to improve it developing healthily and orderly,based on the analysis of current situation and its causes of cost consultancy indusrty.
