摘要 KBrO3是一种优良的钝化芳环溴化剂 ,在硫酸的催化下温和地转化成HOBr .采用KBrO3作为溴化剂 ,以溴化苯乙酮为原料合成间溴苯乙酮 ,并采用正交实验对技术参数进行了优化 ,得到了温和的反应条件 .间溴苯乙酮的收率高达80 .5 % . Potassium bromate, as an excellent brominating agent, was mildly transformed into HOBr by sulfuric acid and was used as brominating agent to produce m -bromoacetophenone for brominating acetophenone. The optimum and mild reaction conditions for the synthesis of m -bromoacetophonone have been determined by orthogonal experiment method. A high yield for m -bromoacetophenone was obtained to be 80.5%.
