离子交换树脂非均相催化酯化合成丙烯酸丁酯

Heterogeneous Esterification for the Production of Butyl Acrylate Catalyzed by Ion Exchange Resin

研究了在间歇搅拌釜中以阳离子交换树脂为催化剂 ,由丙烯酸和丁醇合成丙烯酸丁酯 .分别考察了不同类型离子交换树脂的催化酯化作用 ,并且研究了搅拌速度、催化剂用量以及反应温度对酯化反应的影响 .研究结果表明以NKC9型离子交换树脂在 3 73 .15～ 3 93 .

Esterification of acrylic acid and butyl alcohol for the production of butyl acrylate in batch stirred tank catlyzed by ion exchange resin was investigated. Some different kinds of ion exchange resin and the influence of stirrerr speed; the amount of catalyst and the temperature on estrification reaction were studied. The results showed that the NKC9 ion exchange resin under the reaction condition of 373.15～393.15 K had the best catalytic effect.
