高压直流发生器中斩波电路的设计

Design of chopper of high voltage direct current generator

针对高压直流发生器中晶闸管斩波电路存在的问题,设计了由全控型电力电子器件IGBT取代晶闸管的斩波电路及相应的控制保护电路.实验结果表明,新设计的电路较好地实现了斩波电路的性能.

A new set of circuit which replace the thyristor chopper with IGBT in an effort to tackle the common thyristor chopper problem occur frequently in the high voltage direct current generator is introduced in this paper. The test result shows that the newly designed circuit functions well.
