摘要
通过对纤维素酶、半纤维素酶活力的比较,筛选出康宁木霉Km—1,米曲酶Mq—1作为纤维素分解酶菌种,再配合以热带假丝酵母菌Rj—1,白地酶菌Ba—1和植物乳酸菌ZH—1等,经分别培养后,按一定比例配成农作物秸秆发酵剂,秸秆发酵实验表明,在28℃条件下发酵96h,可使玉米秸秆、稻草粗蛋白含量分别提高2.95倍和2.29倍,粗纤维分别降低32.36%和17.39%,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)分别降低12.00%和11.00%,酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)分别降低14.60%和18.80%,且此发酵剂还具有酒香味、质地柔软、适口性好等优点.
Trichoolorima koningill(Km-1) and aspergillus(Mq-1) were chosen as germ species of cellulase by comparing the enzyme activity of cellulase and hemicellulase produced.After being germicultured,the zymosis agent of fodder was produced by adding Candida tropicalis,Geotrichum candidum and Lactobacillus plantarm.The results showed that in the corn fodder,the gross protein content enhanced as much as 2.95(Km-1) and 2.29(Mq-1) times;in the same order, raw fibre decreased 32.36% and 17.39%, NDF did 12% and 11% , ADF did 14.60% and 18.80% after being fermented 96?h at 28?℃.The fodder is soft, tasteful and odor.
