摘要
在超声波作用下,以多聚磷酸(PPA)为催化剂,二苯甲酮肟Beckmann重排制备苯酰替苯胺,结果表明,本方法具有操作简便、反应温度低、产率高(80%-90%)的优点。
Ultrasound is used frequently in organic synthesis in recent three decades. Benzanlilide is an important dyepharmaceutical intermediate.Beckmann arrangement of benzophenoneoxime catalyzed by polyphosphoric acid under ultrasonic irradiation is studied, from which benzanlilide could be obtained. The temperature of this reaction is low, and the yield is 80~90%. Mechanism of the reaction under ultrasonic irradiation is also discussed.
