摘要
以高纯铁矿粉及伴生铁矿粉为原料,研究出一条通过催化氧化法生产电子工业用的高品位α-Fe2O3新工艺路线。经检验,产品的化学成分及磁学性能,均可达到软磁铁氧体电子器件的要求(α-Fe2O3≥98%,SiO2≤0.2%)。与传统的亚铁盐湿法工艺相比,具有工艺流程短、成本低、无污染等明显优点,其经济、环境及社会效益十分明显,工业化推广前景良好。
The new technique on αFe2O3 with highgrade magnetite and accompanying iron ore has been studied.The chemical components and magnetic properties of the production may satisfy the demands of softmagnetic ferrite of electron equipment.Compared to traditional wet process,this process has many advantages,so the prospects of industrial extension are bright.
