改革开放以来农村基层干部思想素质状况分析

An Assay of Ideology Condition of Cadres in Rural Area Since the Reform and Opening Up

20多年改革开放的实践,既给农村带来了日新月异的变化,又给农村基层干部的思想带来了积极的影响。党的基本路线深入人心,以经济建设为中心的意识牢固树立;适应农村经济体制改革和市场经济的需要,服务意识、市场意识、科技意识不断强化;适应推进民主政治的需要,民主意识和法制意识不断增强。目前,进一步提高农村基层干部思想素质也是迫切需要的。主要表现为:密切党群干群关系;增进科技意识和开放意识,科技兴农,开放富民;切实改变工作作风,为农民办实事;增强政策和法制观念,依法行政。

Over more than twenty years, the practices of reform and opening up have brought great changes and positive influences on cadres ideologies in rural areas. The Party' s fundamental policies have stricken root in the hearts of the people; the idea of focusing on the central task of economic construction has been deeply rooted among people; going along with rural economic reform, awareness of service, marketing, science and technology have been greatly improved; democratic and legal consciousness have boosted up. At present , a further improvement of cadres' ideology is required as well. It chiefly represents: draw close the relation between cadres and people; enhance awareness of science, technology, opening up, science's influence on agriculture and the opening up improving people's lives; revise work style and do practical things; improve the awareness of policies and law, and administrate according to law.
