扩招使高校"两课"教学面临困境:学生成分复杂,素质下降,学习目的功利化,学习自主权增大;教师队伍及其素质亟待提高。在全社会加强道德建设的大环境下,高校应从实际出发,改革"两课"教学,处理好各方面关系,把"两课"真正建设成为思想政治教育的主渠道和主阵地。
