摘要
在对人力资本理论的形成及其核心观点进行简要阐述的基础上 ,对我国高等教育投资状况作了一些分析 。
Based on the analysis of the construction of human capital theroy and its main points,the author has made some explanations of the current situation of our higher education investment and made some discussions about ensuring our higher education investment from three sides.
