摘要
土木工程专业重新定位后 ,我院在本科建立了导师制 ,以便保证学生专业知识结构合理 ,并增强学生的个性和能力 ,有效落实专业指导委员会对土木工程专业人才的培养要求。
The paper approaches the tutors' practice is set up on undergraduate, it can assure reasonable knowledge structure, improve the capacity and character, meet demands of Specialty Guide Commission for them after reposition civil engineering specialty.
