高等教育大众化与地方院校发展思考

Thinking on the development of local college in the phase of higher education massification

我国高等教育正逐步进入高等教育大众化阶段 ,地方院校作为我国高等教育大众化的主力军 ,一要明确目标 ,找准定位 ;二要加大投入和建设力度 ,努力改善办学条件 ,加强师资队伍建设 ;三要加大教育教学改革和创新力度 ,提高人才培养质量 ;四要构建终身教育体系 ,推动高等教育大众化的发展 ;五要拓宽思路 ,开辟多种途径 ,为毕业生就业提供广阔空间。

The higher education of China is entering into the phase of higher education massification. As the main force of higher education massification in our country, the local college, in the author's eyes, need to: 1. locate the target, find the right direction. 2. increase investment and construction, improve the condition of schooling and reinforce construction of faculties. 3. enhance education innovation to improve the quality of education. 4. develop the system of lifelong education to promote the higher education massification. 5. exploit thinking and inaugurate approachs, provide mass opportunities for the employment of graduates.
